InjuryCatchSee if a firm can take it

Terms

By using this website or sending your case you agree to these terms.

What InjuryCatch is

InjuryCatch is an advertising and intake service. We are not a law firm and we are not a lawyer referral service. We do not give legal advice, and nothing on this site is legal advice. We connect people who were hurt in accidents with independent law firms that have agreed to receive introductions from us.

No attorney-client relationship

Sending your case to us does not make anyone your lawyer. An attorney-client relationship exists only if a firm agrees to represent you, in writing, on its own terms. No firm is required to take your case, and we do not promise that any firm will.

No promises about outcomes

We make no promises about whether you have a claim, what it is worth, or what will happen. Deadlines to file claims vary by state and by the facts, and only a lawyer who reviews your case can tell you which apply to you.

Your responsibilities

  • Answer the questions truthfully. Firms rely on your answers.
  • Only send your own information, or information you have permission to share.
  • Do not use the form to send anything unlawful, abusive or false.

Contact

By sending your case with the consent box checked, you agree that we and a participating firm may contact you at the number you gave, as described in the consent text and the Privacy Policy. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Payment

You do not pay InjuryCatch anything, at any point. Any fee arrangement between you and a firm is set out in that firm's own agreement with you.

Limits

This site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on this site or for the acts of any law firm we introduce you to.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it.

InjuryCatch

InjuryCatch is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. We connect people who were hurt in accidents with independent, participating law firms. Sending your case does not create an attorney-client relationship, and no firm is obligated to take it. Whether a firm takes a case, and on what terms, is decided by that firm.
